How is this different from employee engagement surveys?

Engagement surveys measure sentiment. Vedion assesses five organizational execution conditions — decision architecture, ownership, operating cadence, capacity alignment, and visibility — to reveal how the organization actually executes.

How long does it take?

The structured assessment takes about four minutes per participant, and a diagnosis typically completes within two weeks of onboarding.

Yes. Individual responses are anonymous. Leadership receives aggregated organizational patterns, not individual attributions.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Vedion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vedion platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vedion ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Vedion web application, APIs, and all associated tools.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
"Subscriber" means a User who has purchased a paid subscription plan.
"Audit" refers to an Execution Risk Audit conducted through the Platform.
"Survey Respondent" means an individual invited to participate in a survey as part of an Audit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@vedion.co if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Vedion offers multiple subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: conducting Execution Risk Audits for organizations. You shall not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
Use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that survey responses and audit data are processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, scoring models, and software) are the exclusive property of Vedion and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The audit reports, scores, and recommendations generated by the Platform are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive license for your internal business use only.

8. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, action items, and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
